My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and had a king-size bed along with a sitting area that included a couch, microwave, and mini fridge. However, there was a consistent unpleasant smell every time we entered the room. The service was a bit of a mixed bag - some staff members were nice, courteous, and helpful, while others were unapologetic and uncooperative, especially when I rented one of the suites. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to various stores and good restaurants within a short distance. The dining experience wasn't the best, with overcooked eggs being served at a cost. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel meets the typical HGI standards and layout.
